Letter to Seton Gordon,


This is the final page of a letter written by the 12 year old Adam Watson to Seton Gordon. In it he draws attention to a photograph he enclosed which shows the Cuidhe chrom of Corrie cas - the wreath of snow which remains at the head of the corrie after the main snow cover has melted. The picture was taken in the summer of 1941 and shows the wreath clearly; in recent years the snow has seldom persisted into July - such are the changes to our climate
