Mike Scott; Mountain Flowers

Mike was particlularly inetrested in Scotland's mountain flowers and was keen to track them down for himself. He located Diapensia lapponica, at its only Scottish site, famously described as being in 'in the parish of Arisaig' using hints and clues in Raven & Walters' wonderful New Naturalist book, 'Mountain Flowers' which he took up the hill with him and photographed beside the plant ! © Mike Scott
